9:00 AM — Soar into the Day Zip! At Haile Quarry 

Begin your morning with an exciting zipline experience. Soar through the trees, enjoy the natural surroundings, and make lasting memories during an outdoor adventure designed to energize your entire day.

Advance reservations are recommended.

12 PM — Graze Craze Gainesville–Alachua

Pick up a handcrafted charcuterie box or grazing selection for an elevated picnic experience. It is an excellent choice for families, couples, groups, or visitors continuing toward Alachua.

🌳1:00 PM  — Explore San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park

After your zipline adventure, head to San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park in Alachua—one of North Central Florida's most beautiful natural treasures. Stretch your legs beneath a canopy of towering hardwoods, hike or bike scenic trails, enjoy a family picnic, and take in the peaceful beauty of one of Florida's largest mature upland forests.

Bring comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen, and your camera to capture the incredible scenery and abundant wildlife.

🌰 3:00 PM — Afternoon Harvest Fresh at TJ's Food Forest & Apiary

After exploring San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park, continue your journey to TJ's Food Forest & Apiary for a true taste of North Central Florida.

Depending on the season, stroll through the farm and enjoy the opportunity to pick your own chestnuts, browse locally produced honey and farm products, meet the friendly farm animals, and experience the peaceful charm of a working food forest. It's the perfect stop to slow down, connect with nature, and take home a delicious reminder of your visit.

🍺  7:00 PM — End the evening  with a Local Craft  and live music at  High Springs Brewing

Celebrate a full day of adventure with a cold locally crafted beer, a welcoming outdoor setting, Live music and dinner from a rotating food truck. Check the schedule—you may also find live music or another community event happening during your visit.
